1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UTLC Management System ("UTLC", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

UTLC is a private coaching platform for triathlon athletes and coaches. Access is granted only to registered users approved by a UTLC administrator. The platform is not open to the general public.

3. User Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accounts may be suspended or removed at the discretion of the administrator.
4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to access data of other athletes without authorisation.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than personal training management and coaching.
5. Health Disclaimer

Training plans, analytics, and coaching notes provided through UTLC are for informational and performance purposes only. They are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise programme, especially if you have any health concerns.

UTLC and its coaches are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following training plans or recommendations made through the platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

UTLC integrates with Strava and Garmin Connect. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's own terms of service. UTLC is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or any data loss resulting from changes in those services.

7. Intellectual Property

Training plans, templates, and coaching content created by coaches on the platform remain the intellectual property of the respective coach or organisation. Athletes may not redistribute this content without permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or training records.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
