Your right to erasure — GDPR Article 17

Connected platform (Strava / Garmin)? If you arrived here from Strava's deauthorisation callback or Garmin's data-deletion webhook, your third-party tokens and linked activity data have already been removed from our servers automatically.
What gets deleted
Account & Profile
Login credentials, name, email, role
Training Data
Workout logs, sessions, test results, lactate records
Race & Planning Data
Race events, checklists, nutrition plans
Integration Tokens
Strava & Garmin OAuth tokens and synced activities
Notifications & Messages
All notifications, coach messages, push tokens
Health Records
VitaCheck supplement and medication logs
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymised aggregate statistics (no personal identifiers) may be retained for platform analytics.
How to request deletion

Account deletion must be performed by a UTLC administrator. To request deletion:

  1. Contact your coach or the UTLC system administrator directly.
  2. Provide your registered email address so your account can be identified.
  3. Your data will be removed within 30 days of the confirmed request.
  4. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Revoke third-party access now:
  • Strava: strava.com/settings/apps → find UTLC → Revoke Access
  • Garmin: Garmin Connect → Settings → Connected Apps → UTLC → Disconnect
